The room was new, clean, and comfortable with innovative design. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to subway, restaurants, and shopping. the grab to go breakfast was a great bonus.
The bathroom layout was incredibly inconvenient and lacked privacy. the shower and sink were in separate cupboards, making it difficult to move around and causing water to splash everywhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The hotel is located in a really nice neighborhood which is quiet and residential, making it a perfect place to stay for those who want to relax after a day of exploring the city. The service housekeeping is exceptional, ensuring that the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities in the room are great, and the staff at reception desk is always helpful and welcoming. I also loved the leisure garden area, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice desk for working with a PC. The hotel also had a kettle, microwave oven, and a little fridge available. The separation of shower, toilet, and basin was practical. The hotel's location was great, with direct subway lines to many attractions.
Felt almost like at home, no complaint.

The hotel is ideally located near to the tube and in a quiet residential area. The room and bathroom were modern, clean and comfortable and came with useful amenities such as two bedside sockets. Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check-in.
Some facilities advertised were missing from the room, such as a Nespresso machine.

Perfect location - central and very close to the station. Quirky rooms above basement level. Helpful staff, always lovely and friendly. Quiet location and quiet rooms with distinctive decor. Good connection possibilities in clean rooms.

The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to Heathrow and a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were modern and clean, and the room service was great. Free grab-and-go breakfast was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to the underground station with connections to the city and the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in and after checkout without any problems. The room was also very clean and all the facilities were in good condition.
Almost perfect.
